About Me

I'm currently a Master's student in Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, where I'll be undertaking a project on Kant's "Refutation of Idealism" in the context of the Pantheismusstreit under the supervision of Corey Dyck.

Before coming to the University of Western Ontario, I completed my Honour's Bachelor of Arts degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Here I wrote my undergraduate thesis, entitled Kantian Embodiment and the Refutation of Idealism, under the supervision of Suma Rajiva.

Most of my research, as you might be able to glean, is on the work of Immanuel Kant, however I have interests across the field of 'classical German philosophy,' or, as my current supervisor puts it: "From Martin (Luther) to Martin (Heidegger)." I'm especially interested in Husserl, Heidegger, Fichte, and Schelling. I also maintain an interest in Metaphysics, both contemporary and its history.
